I. What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, including Providence, Warwick, Newport, New Bedford, Fall River, Dartmouth and Cape Cod. Planning something farther away? We can travel to you, and a travel fee will be added to your quote.
II. What is an open-air photo booth?
Instead of a closed box, it's a professional camera and lighting setup in front of a backdrop. It fits big groups, looks great in your event photos, and gets everyone involved.
III. Can we customize our photo strips?
Yes! Every event gets a custom print design with your names, date, event theme or company logo, so every strip doubles as a keepsake.
IV. Do you bring props, and do we get digital copies?
Always. Our prop collection (hats, glasses, signs and more) is a guest favorite in almost every review, and you'll receive your photos digitally after the event so you can share them with everyone.
V. How much does it cost, and how do I book?
Every event is different, so we build a custom quote based on your date, location and hours. Fill out the quick form on our Book Now page, or call or text (401) 369-1179, and we'll reply with availability and your quote.
VI. How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have your date! Saturdays from May to October and December holiday parties book up first.
VII. How do we reserve our date?
Your date is locked in with a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
VIII. How long is a rental?
Rentals start at 2 hours, and most events book 2 to 4 hours. Setup and breakdown don't count toward your booth time.
IX. What's included?
Setup and breakdown, a friendly on-site attendant, a custom 2x6 photo strip designed for your event, unlimited prints, props and a backdrop, plus an online gallery of every photo within 3–5 business days.
X. How much space and power do you need?
About 8x8 feet of flat, dry space (indoors, or covered if outside) and a standard outlet within 10 feet. We also need parking and loading access about an hour before your event.
XI. What's your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 30 days out and nothing more is owed; within 30 days, the full rental fee is due. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund, including your deposit.
